Krishnamachari Ramu, aged 67 years, is a qualified member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India ( ICSI). He has completed M.Com, LLB & CS. He possesses deep expertise in Legal, Finance, Secretarial & operations domain. He has demonstrated leadership in managing secretarial and legal functions for leading listed companies and private enterprises.
He has worked in various reputed organizations like Cholamandalam Investment and Finance co Ltd, Sundaram Clayton Ltd, EWS Finance and Investments Pvt Ltd, The India Cements, SV Global Mills Ltd, Retina Paints Ltd heading the secretarial in different positions from AVP to GMFinance & CS to President- Operations, CS. He has overall experience of 30 + Years in Secretarial and Legal.
