Ar Manikandan, aged about 57, is an Undergraduate in Mathematics from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. He has passed Company Secretary Examination and is holding an Associate Membership of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He also successfully cleared ‘Corporate Governance Module’ and ‘Registrars and Share Transfer Agents Module’ - Corporate Certificate Examinations conducted by National Institute of Securities Market (NISM).

Mr R Mukundan is a Company Secretary and a Cost Accountant by profession with more than 40 years of overall experience in the field of Accounts and Secretarial. He completed his degree of Bachelor in Commerce from University of Calcutta in the year 1973 and successfully completed his Cost accountancy with the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India and got membership in the year 1979. He also got his membership from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India in the year 1991.

Mrs M Chandra after incorporation of K R M Ramadevi Enterprises Private Limited in 2010, concentrated on procurement of raw materials. She not only procured the raw materials from Tamilnadu, but also expanded her purchases from other States in India. She made direct purchases from the farmers as well as Government Commission Estates. She registered the Company as a Purchaser with all State Government Commission Agencies and with leading Commission Agents. By establishing these contacts, Company is able to procure raw materials from all the parts of the country depending upon the crops yield from time to time. In addition to this, she also established relationship with overseas vendors, thereby resulting in import of raw materials. The raw materials being seasoned crops have been procured from time to time through various channels in India and Overseas, which resulted in procuring fresh raw materials without any delay. This also helped the Company from over storing the raw materials, which has bearing on the profitability of the Company. In addition to cash outflow, it also avoided the spoilage of the raw materials stored for a long time.

Mr K Selvam, born on 06th May 1985, is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Company M. R. Maniveni Foods Ltd. He has done his Masters of Computer Application (MCA) from Anna University of Technology, Tirunelveli. He has been the key person in handling the day-to-day operations right from the procurement chain of sourcing the seasonal crops through domestic purchases as well as imports, to the supply chain of distributing to the end-users. His dedicated time and efforts play a significant role in the success of the Company. He is not only accountable for the production output but also responsible for the internal management of the Company.

Born on 10th August 1975, Mr K R Manikandan completed his education in Sankarankovil, Tamilnadu, India. Basically, he belonged to a trading community. From his childhood he was associated with the trading of grains and pulses by accompanying his father. To continue the lineage from his father, he started his own trading business in pulses and grains at the initial stages of his career. Later on, after understanding the intricacies of the trading business and possessing an in-depth knowledge on pulses, cereals, grains and various other crops, he ventured into procuring raw materials from farmers directly, converting them into fine finished goods suitable to supermarkets in a small way. His commitment to quality at any point of time started yielding the desired results. Step by step he expanded his activities which led to incorporation of a Private Limited Company, viz., K R M Ramadevi Enterprises Private Limited on June 30, 2010. During the initial stages, he set up his business in his home town, viz., Sankarankovil. Later on, he moved the registered office to Chennai and expanded the business gradually.
